GIFT CITY OF INDIA

 Hello friends one's again I am back with a really beautiful blog . The title must have confused you , that what's gift city but I am here to tell you about Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT CITY OF INDIA)

The gujrat International Finance Tec-City will be a dream city of all Indians.  There are many unbelievable things in this city like the Direct cooling system (DCS) it will cool down the city as if you are in a massive air condished room. So the development of the GIFT city had started in Oct 2011. This smart city is made at the banks of sabarmati River and 12km from sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Airport. The whole cities water supply will come from the river narmada, a pump is made around 11km far from the city which will supply the water to the city . The city will have a River like structure and look like islands. The (DCS) will help to reduce the power consumption of the city . When the temperature of the city will be cool then none of the people will buy personal ac . Two towers of 28 floors are made,there name is GIFT 1 and  GIFT 2. 67% of the cities area will be used to make commercial buildings, 22% of area for residence and rest 11% area for social facilities.  The design of this city is made by ECADI a Chinese company. Each building of this city will be connected with fiber networks so the net speed in this area will be much faster than we think . Now if you think that there's no arrangement ror Cleanliness then you are wrong. There is a system of vacuum based dustbins  in which when we put the garbage it pulls it to a temporary storage and then through pipes to make some kind of energy from (WTE),(EFW) and waste plasma Treatment etc . This city is planned as if making a high tec city don't you think , but I really do . I think many of you would be waiting to know when the gift city will be ready so that they could buy a house and stay in this futuristic city of india . So let me tell that this city will be ready till 2022 ‐ 2024 . It will  be connected with ahemdabad through metro , 4 state highways and 6 national highways .
