What if there was an alien civilization just 4 light years far from us ?

 Hello friends today I am very excited to tell you all about a fictional story.  So let's begin but this blog could be small but dont worry you all will get a good experience. 

PROXIMA  b as a alien planet 

Friends as proxima B gets the same amount of solar energy from its sun as much we get but the twist is that proxima B receives 20 times more radiation.  So how ever the life would be there it would be adapted to all the rough and tough things. The civilization would be of two types as one could not receive sun's energy and be covered with ice , the other would not be able to experience night and rarely could think of other stars as they won't be able to see any other star . The both type of civilization would share resources as it is the only option to survive . That's confirmed that they would not look like humans but they can be more intelligent or less than us . They could be of type 0 to 2 civilization but it is confirmed that if they were the galactic civilization or the type 3 civilization they could control the whole milkiway galaxy and we are a part of it . If they would be more intelligent than us so they would try to use the renewable energy than the fossil files.  Now you all would think that let's visit proxima B to check weather there's a alien civilization living on it or not . But at least it would take 80,000 years to travel there and till then they could come on earth with there super advanced technology and try to make us there slaves and also take water from the earth in there big tanks as we know that water is much precious than dimonds in space .
