He wakes around 7 to 8 am now you will think as other people like Tim Cook and Elon Musk takes very less sleep and wake early so why Jeff Bezos wakes at 8 ? He has answered this question in one of his interview he replied that he feel fresh if he take at least 8 hours of sleep and don't put alarm because he believes he don't feel fresh if alarm disturb his sleep.
